22nd January - Tassilo
After a torrential downpour in the early morning hours, we had a very relaxed morning. Some of the girls decided to find their chakra by indulging in some yoga on the beach, while others sunbathed. After a rather delicious lunch made of vegetables and the very liked and rather often reoccurring beans. I myself had decided to try the local golf course. The ‘local golf course’’ is a PGA rated course and the only one I have ever seen with zebras grazing on the green. After we had lost about 10 balls we finally reached hole 18, which we had decided was way too far away from hole 1. During the afternoon some played tennis others enjoyed a cool dip in the bright blue waters of the golf course swimming pools. While others enjoyed some refreshments and tasty little snacks such as pizzas.
During the evening hours we watched the sun set over Vipingo Ridge after which we returned to HQ where we had our Habari meeting in which the saints and sinners of the day were to be decided. Some remained for some games but most at that point wanted to catch some sleep, so we turned on our fans, and made sure our mosquito nets had been fully sealed. I guess all I have left to say is Goodnight and until tomorrow.
