11th February - Thomas

The morning after the white party everyone was feeling pretty tired so it was a late start for everyone in the morning. Being a Saturday on the weekend, it was a very relaxed day, so most people sunbathed or caught up on some sleep during the day. 

Lunch was some rice and beans before some of us helped look after the kids from the local schools for their weekly visit in which they watch a nature documentary. 

In the evening, we headed to Salty’s bar which was great fun, particularly because we were able to meet 2 other gappies, one of whom called himself ‘diamond’. We also had supper there and the food was great, I had the burger which was very nice. After a night of rather relaxed drinking compared to other nights, we returned back to dpope in the van. A dance party had already begun during the fam ride, which was then continued with a mini dance party around a plant pot (as Dom called it) before heading to bed quite late.
