6th March - Jake

The started with James breaking the gate that leads to the beach (you can't trust him with anything).

We were then given a very comprehensive overview of the activities of Oceans Alive. Everyone seemed to enjoy a first Swahili lesson, covering basic greetings and responses.

A talk from the ALU students followed about their university and what they are studying with some team building games.

We put together some rafts and raced them in our teams with the addition of the ALU students. The day ended with a bonfire on the beach under a full moon.
