Saturday 21st October - Nico

Today is the first day of our safari. We started the day with a 3 hour drive and a 1 hour cycle. The cycling experience was amazing as we cycled through the Safari. During the cycle we saw Zebras, Giraffes and even Elephants. We then arrived at the lodge which was very relaxing, as we were all tired from cycling in the scorching weather. We then went back into the car to look out for Lions and leopards. however, unfortunately we did not see either, but we did manage to see over 20 different animals. In the afternoon we had dinner at the buffet where we stayed and then had a chill night.
